Intelligent Inflatables

The main piece of work for Technical Studies (year 5) at the AA. The book explores the technical aspects of producing an interactive environment through the use of inflatables - from crowd dynamics simulations and analysis of trending topics in social networks, to the materiality, geometry and structure of the inflatables themselves.

Social Groups

Research material on four emerging social groups that informed the production of Ministry of Pleasure, their characteristics, habits, background and spatial practices.

Congregational Spaces

Architectural research of various public spaces relevant to the production of Ministry of Pleasure: mazes from the mythologcal ancient Egyptian labyrinth to IKEA, architectural icons from Palais Garnier to the Palace of Soviets, and many more.
